Patriot Advertising, Inc. seeks an I&E Service Technician to support field operations, installation, maintenance, and calibration of instrumentation, electrical distribution, and motor control systems in industrial settings.

You will read schematics, work with control narratives, and troubleshoot PLC/DCS systems while ensuring safety and compliance with NEC/OSHA standards. This role involves driving to sites and performing energy isolation procedures, with opportunities to mentor junior staff.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of industrial oil and gas instrumentation & control systems experience in the natural gas industry.
• Technical school certification or associate's degree in instrumentation and electrical.
• State Electrical License preferred.
• Certified in Arc Flash Protection or willing to become certified.
• Demonstrated understanding of the National Electric Code and OSHA 1910 as it relates to electrical systems.

Aufgaben

• Install, diagnose, and maintain pneumatic and intelligent instruments, electrical distribution systems, motor control gear, and related equipment software.
• Read and interpret manuals, policies, engineering standards, regulations, drawings, and schematics (electrical, pneumatic, P&IDs).
• Read and interpret control system narratives and cause-and-effect diagrams; install and maintain PLCs or DCS systems and process/safety controls.
• Provide mentoring and oversight to less qualified personnel and support project work per scope, schedule, and budget.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and participate in safety programs; perform energy isolation lockout/tagout procedures (LOTO).
• Drive service vehicle to customer locations for installation and troubleshooting; work in variable conditions with potential heavy lifting.
