Job summary

Validus Energy Services LLC is seeking an I&E Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and control systems across pipeline and compressor station facilities. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in oil and gas, with focus on measurement systems, plus 5 years I&E experience preferred, NEC/OSHA knowledge, and the ability to work in demanding industrial environments.

On-site role with strong safety emphasis and documentation duties.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years oil and gas experience with measurement systems focus.
Minimum 5 years I&E experience preferred.
Knowledge of National Electric Code and OSHA 1910.
Current driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment including major issues.
Calibrate and test instruments and control systems for accuracy.
Perform preventive maintenance to prevent failures.
Interprete diagrams and schematics for operation and troubleshooting.
Operate and maintain test equipment for diagnostics.
Ensure safety and environmental compliance; document activities.
Communicate findings with team members and contractors.
