UPS Industrial Services, LLC. seeks an experienced I&E Field Quality Control Manager to lead field quality on large capital projects in power generation and distribution.

You will oversee inspections, testing, documentation, and turnover, ensuring compliance with codes and client specs. The role covers leadership of quality teams across multiple project phases, with focus on instrument installations, switchgear, transformers, relay and DCS systems, and coordination with clients and contractors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of I&E Quality Control experience supporting industrial capital projects.
• Minimum 5+ years in a Quality Management or Quality Leadership role.

• Develop, implement, and manage project-specific Quality Control plans and inspection programs.
• Ensure all I&E construction activities comply with project specifications, client requirements, applicable codes, and industry standards.
• Lead field quality teams, inspectors, and third-party inspection resources.
