Job summary

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, system analysis, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in industrial/nuclear instrumentation and controls system engineering.
• Experience in leading maintenance tasks and procedure development.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced research environment and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, installs, upgrades, and maintains instrumentation and control systems.
• Troubleshoots system and component failures and develops corrective actions.
• Prepares engineering designs for replacement and upgrade of systems and components.

Skills

Ability to diagnose equipment problems

Experience programming PLC-based control systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in teams

Education

BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls, Mechanical, or related
