Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Senior Supplier Performance Engineer - I&C to support electro-mechanical components at supplier facilities. You will work remotely and report to the Manager, I&C Supplier Performance, with travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

The role requires strong engineering/manufacturing experience, knowledge of IPC/IEEE/ASME standards, and a track record in supplier development and risk mitigation. Nuclear industry exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering or similar.
• 4+ years in engineering/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of machining, welding, forming, molding and assembly.
• Experience with IPC/IEEE/ASME standards.
• IPC or NDT certifications preferred.
• 30% travel domestic and internationally is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and remote supplier oversight to meet tech and quality requirements.
• Develop and implement Supplier Oversight Plans for submittals and manufacturing.
• Identify and elevate supplier risks; coordinate with partners.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive CAPA.
• Evaluate procurement risk and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide progress reports to project team and SPE leadership.
• Perform technical evaluations of suppliers for capability and compliance.
• Lead development and qualification activities and supplier improvement projects.
