• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate training program requirements (e.g., schedule Program Committee meetings).
• Develop meeting agendas based on training program requirements.
• Gather and present training data for Program Committees.
• Assign and track action items; identify training program problems for resolution.
• Develop and implement resolutions to complex nuclear training program corrective actions.
• Maintain training program documentation per nuclear industry training requirements.
• Prepare and present Nuclear Training Materials: Lesson Plans, Lesson Notes, JPMs, Laboratory Guides, Simulator Guides, Workbooks.
