Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company in Glen Rose, Texas, is seeking a Senior Training Instructor (I&C) for the Comanche Peak Nuclear Training Department.

You will coordinate training program requirements, schedule and support Program Committee meetings, and prepare training materials used for the Systematic Approach to Training, including JPMs, lesson plans, and guides.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6 years instructional or applicable department experience.
• Preferred: Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) maintenance or technical experience in a commercial nuclear power plant.
• Strong work ethic and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training program requirements and schedule Program Committee meetings.
• Develop meeting agendas based on training program requirements.
• Gather and present supporting training data for Program Committees.
• Assign and track action items; identify training program problems for management.
• Develop and implement resolutions to complex training program corrective actions.
