• High School Diploma or GED with 6 years instructional or applicable department experience.
• Preferred: Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) maintenance or technical experience in a commercial nuclear power plant.
• Strong work ethic focused on timely completion of assigned work, procedure compliance, and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training program requirements and schedule Program Committee meetings.
• Develop meeting agendas based on training program requirements.
• Gather and present supporting training data for Program Committees.
• Assign and track action items and follow up on resolutions.
• Identify training program problems to management for resolution.
• Develop and implement resolutions to complex nuclear training program corrective actions and improvement items.
• Maintain training program documentation consistent with nuclear industry training requirements.
• Prepare and present the following typical Nuclear Training Materials consistent with the Systematic Approach to Training: Lesson Plans, Lesson Notes, Job Performance Measures (JPM), Laboratory Guides, Simulator Guides, Workbooks.
