Job summary

Bechtel Manufacturing and Technology seeks a Control Systems supervisor to lead a team on complex projects. You will estimate staffing, schedule work, and prepare discipline estimates, ensuring high-quality plans and successful implementation.

You will review calculations, coordinate with clients, and mentor staff while aligning with Bechtel procedures and BSAPs. This role requires a PE in Control Systems and a track record in semiconductor, data center, or life sciences markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience, or 14–17 years total.
• Licensing as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Control Systems is required.
• Experience supervising Control Systems personnel and coordinating multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and participates in day-to-day Control Systems engineering activities on projects.
• Supervises staff, estimates staffing needs, and schedules work.
• Provides technical input to meet procurement requirements.
