Qualifications

• BS in engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Test and Evaluation engineering.
• Demonstrated experience within missile system development or high-speed aerodynamics.
• Security Clearance: Must possess an active SECRET clearance and be able to obtain TS clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required per federal clearance rules.

Responsibilities

• Support test teams to plan and execute Test Readiness Reviews and test documentation.
• Lead Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP) and detailed test plans for hypersonic environments.
• Oversee ground testing and flight test events at national ranges.
• Analyze telemetry and flight data to verify system performance against requirements.
• Document defects and drive corrective actions with design and software teams.
• Prepare formal test reports and readiness briefs for milestone decisions.
