You will manage test planning, data analysis, and risk mitigation in collaboration with government stakeholders and industry partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or math.
• 15+ years in Air Force acquisitions, testing, and test-project leadership.
• Active TS clearance; SCI/SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of test planning and execution for industry-led tests.
• Create and coordinate test plans, collect and analyze flight test data.
• Offer technical recommendations to project engineers and reduce risks.
• Lead integration of early and continuous test processes across program stages.
• Support T&E reviews, IPTs, DRBs, TIMs, and related governance.
