Job summary

NetApp is hiring a Cloud Solutions Architect (Hyperscaler 1st party cloud storage) to operate in a technical pre-sales capacity supporting NetApp’s cloud services offerings. You will identify strategic workloads, design hyperscaler-based solutions, and drive technical validation with enterprise customers.

The role requires 12+ years in the field, 5+ years in customer-facing roles, and deep hyperscaler experience (Azure/AWS/GCP/OCI).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of relevant industry experience.
8+ years in customer-facing Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Technical Sales, or equivalent role.
At least five years' experience with hyperscaler infrastructure providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI).
Professional-level hyperscaler architecture certification preferred or expected within onboarding.

Responsibilities

Qualify opportunities and identify strategic workloads for hyperscaler cloud adoption.
Design end-to-end cloud architectures leveraging NetApp services and hyperscaler storage services.
Deliver technical presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and architecture reviews.
Lead technical validation engagements and proof-of-concept activities.
Mentor other Cloud Solutions Architects and contribute to enablement programs.
