Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a seasoned Hydronic Foreperson to oversee field operations and personnel management across large-scale semiconductor and high-tech projects in the Phoenix area.

Responsibilities include coordinating forepersons, journeypersons, apprentices, and subcontractors; ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence; and driving project turnover while aligning with PM/PE objectives and ACCO standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive market experience and technical knowledge in Semiconductor Process Piping and High-Tech Manufacturing systems.
• Experience leading field teams of 30-150+ personnel and coordinating multiple trade groups and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of fast-track semiconductor construction environments and process tool installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all hydronic field activities to meet standards and productivity targets.
• Coordinate with PM/PE, GC, and detailers to ensure staffing and schedules meet project goals.
• Review plans, schedules, and budgets; manage manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety protocols, and ACCO policies are followed on site.
• Train crew members and generate rolling punch lists for turnover.
