Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems seeks an experienced General Foreperson to oversee hydronic field operations, manage Forepersons, and drive project execution from pre-bid through wrap-up. You will coordinate staffing, scheduling, QA/QC, and safety to deliver high-quality installations in accordance with ACCO policies.

The role requires deep hydronic trade knowledge, 12+ years in construction supervision, and strong leadership. Union labor coordination and collaboration with PM/PE are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hydronic field operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of hydronic trades and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• 12+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Experience with union labor in hydronics preferred.
• Proficiency with office and project software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee hydronic field activities to meet standards and productivity.
• Assist direct reports with resource management and staffing.
• Coordinate project execution strategies, scheduling, and QA/QC.
• Review bid estimates and participate in bid/wrap-up meetings.
• Mentor Forepersons to develop leadership and succession.
• Ensure safety protocols and ACCO policies are followed.
• Manage staffing and project labor budgets; coordinate with PM/PE.
