Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Hydrogeologist to join our team with a focus on mining projects across multiple western states. The role involves site characterization, data analysis, and conceptual modeling to progress investigations toward closure.

You will balance hydrogeologic evaluation with project scoping, proposal development, and report writing, within a flexible hybrid work structure. Travel up to 10% and collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams are expected; candidate will mentor junior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hydrogeology, Hydrology, or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Strong ability to interpret data, identify and address data gaps, and communicate investigation findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan hydrogeologic investigations, including aquifer parameter estimation and groundwater fate & transport evaluation.
• Model groundwater flow using analytical or numerical methods and develop conceptual site models.
• Prepare work planning documents and data summary reports; communicate results to project teams; travel up to 10%.
