Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Hydrogeologist to join our team across the Southwest region, including Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Nevada. The role emphasizes site characterization, data analysis, and conceptual modeling to progress site investigations toward closure.

You will support mining projects, develop investigation plans, and deliver reports while collaborating with diverse teams. Travel up to 10% is expected; a hybrid work structure supports remote and office work as project demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hydrogeology, hydrology, or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Strong ability to interpret data, identify and address data gaps, and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan hydrogeologic investigations (aquifer parameters, groundwater interaction, fate & transport).
• Prepare work plans and data summary reports; interact with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to project growth; communicate findings to clients.
