Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Hydrogeologist to join our team in the United States (Colorado preferred). The role focuses on designing and implementing site characterization, data analysis, and conceptual modeling to advance mining-related projects toward closure.

The successful candidate will conduct hydrogeologic evaluations, collaborate across teams, and contribute to proposal development and reporting while operating within a hybrid work structure with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hydrogeology, Hydrology, or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Strong ability to interpret data, identify and address data gaps, and communicate investigation findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan hydrogeologic investigations.
• Estimate aquifer parameters and evaluate groundwater-surface water interactions.
• Perform analytical and/or numerical groundwater modeling and create conceptual site models.
• Prepare work plans, data summaries, and reports; interact with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Travel up to 10% and mentor junior staff.
