Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist to enhance our Florida hydrogeology practice. This leadership role involves managing significant water resource projects like water supply wells and ASR systems across Florida.

Ideal candidates will have at least 15 years of hydrology experience, Florida regulatory understanding, and strong client relationship skills. Responsibilities include project management, supervising junior staff, and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hydrogeology or water resources experience.
• Florida PG or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with water supply wells, monitoring wells, DIW, UIC, or ASR.
• Project management and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor junior staff and support client proposal negotiations.
• Design and lead construction oversight of water supply and ASR wells.
• Provide technical oversight of fieldwork.
• Manage hydrogeology-related projects within budget.
• Lead business development activities for hydrogeology projects.
