Job summary

Beacon Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a hydroelectric infrastructure initiative from planning through execution. You will oversee cross-functional teams, regulators, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable energy delivery.

Applicants should have PMP certification, a relevant engineering degree, and at least 9 years’ experience managing large regulated infrastructure projects, including dam maintenance or similar energy projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
• PMP certification required.
• Minimum 9 years of experience leading large, complex infrastructure, construction, maintenance, or energy-related projects.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Experience with dam maintenance, hydroelectric facilities, or similar critical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex hydroelectric dam maintenance and infrastructure projects through all lifecycle phases.
• Deliver projects on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk objectives using PM methodologies.
• Define project requirements, objectives, deliverables, and technical specs with execution plans.
• Build and manage project teams aligning resources with project complexity and risk.
• Manage contracts and vendor relationships with procurement teams.
• Oversee contractor performance, compliance, and commercial execution.
• Ensure safety, technical adherence, and contractual commitments.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities across engineering, operations, and stakeholders.
