Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, construction management, project management, or related technical discipline.
• PMP certification required.
• Minimum 9 years leading large, complex infrastructure, construction, or energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead large hydroelectric dam maintenance and infrastructure projects through all lifecycle phases from initiation to closeout.
• Deliver projects on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk using PM methodologies.
• Define requirements, objectives, deliverables, and technical specs with execution plans.
• Build and manage project teams by aligning resources to project complexity and risk.
• Coordinate with procurement, contractors, and vendors to manage contracts and performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to contractual commitments and schedules.
• Maintain regulatory documentation, permits, and compliance files; manage risk and reviews.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders to report status and milestones.
• Conduct feasibility assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and governance for projects.
• Support organizational PM initiatives and mentor team members in delivery and change management.
