Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to develop and validate hydraulic components for NPI programs.

• Support CPI and field issue resolution with technical engineering expertise.
• Participate in APQP activities to ensure on-time, cost-effective, quality development.
• Manage project timelines from concept through prototype, testing, and production.
• Communicate progress with cross-functional teams including system, validation, and procurement.
• Mentor junior engineers and balance multiple priorities within the team.
