Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to develop and validate hydraulic components for NPI.
• Evaluate new products and tech offerings to improve design and cost.
• Support CPI and field issue resolution with technical expertise.
• Participate in APQP to meet time, cost and quality requirements.
• Manage project timelines from concept to production and testing.
• Communicate progress with cross functional teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage multiple priorities.
