Bosch Rexroth is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer in Lincolnshire, IL to lead hydraulic solution design and customer collaboration. You will evaluate customer needs, select products, and design hydraulic systems and Hydraulic Integrated Circuits (HICs) while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
• Extensive hydraulics knowledge and experience with hydraulic schematics.
• Experience leading complex customer applications and providing technical guidance.
• Proven ability to design Hydraulic Integrated Circuits (HICs) and hydraulic solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Partner with customers to understand application requirements and performance objectives.
• Review system requirements and recommend hydraulic products and solutions.
• Design and develop Hydraulic Integrated Circuits (HICs) and system solutions.
• Create hydraulic schematics, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Lead complex customer applications from concept through implementation and validation.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Sales.
