- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of related engineering experience.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & specs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage engineering personnel for department performance.
- Provide technical guidance to Sales and Purchasing on production/design inquiries.
- Provide accurate drawings and specifications to production for orders.
- Process and oversee job orders for hydraulic/pneumatic projects.
- Engineer and design hydraulic/pneumatic products to customer specs.
- Review and implement design change requests.
- Reverse-engineer customer products for viable manufacturing solutions.
- Research new cylinder technologies to expand offerings.
- Train engineering staff to build expertise and leadership.
- Coach employees on corrective action processes to identify root causes.
