Job summary

Complete Hydraulic Component Service, a division of Ohio Machinery Co., seeks a Hydraulic Pump Technician to disassemble, inspect, repair and reassemble hydraulic pumps, motors and valves for rebuilds. You will determine parts lists and quotes, then schedule repairs using shop software and routing tools.

The role requires a solid understanding of pump components, careful testing procedures, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years of experience with hydraulic pump and component repair and rebuild.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, test and reassemble hydraulic pumps, motors and valves for rebuild/repair.
• Provide lists of necessary parts and service quotes to repair the component.
• Create routing for each repair to schedule using shop software.
• Use catalogs and online tools to create parts lists for repairs.
