Arcadis is seeking a Senior Hydraulic Modeler to join our Resilience Water Team in Ohio. This role focuses on developing innovative solutions for water distribution systems while mentoring junior staff and leading project teams. We desire candidates with strong technical knowledge in hydraulic modeling, planning, and data analytics.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $88,000 - $130,000, along with numerous benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 15 days PTO that accrue per year.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in hydraulic modeling, water system planning, or related engineering work.
• Ability to present technical information effectively to stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and modelers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical reports.
