Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical/Aerospace/Physics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the field.
• Expertise in thermal management, heat transfer, and related system design principles.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (applications, sales, or field engineering).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and manage project risks to deliver on time, in scope, and with high quality.
• Communicate proactively with customers, provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams during handover to ensure continuity and understanding of customer expectations.
• Align internal stakeholders around clear objectives and deliverables to drive project success.
