Job summary

Vanguard seeks a Senior Protective Intelligence Specialist to support global protection of senior executives. The role demands an experienced analyst who can manage travel and event risk assessments, produce decision-ready intelligence, and work with Executive Protection to plan routes and protect protectees worldwide.

Responsibilities include end-to-end assessment production, OSINT monitoring, liaising with host organizations, and maintaining calendars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in intelligence/security fields.
• Minimum five years in protective intelligence, travel risk, or related work.
• Experience delivering timely assessments under time pressure.
• Strong OSINT collection, evaluation, and analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production of protective intelligence assessments, including intake, prioritization, collection, analysis, coordination, delivery, and updates.
• Assess aggregation and OPSEC risk for multi-executive engagements and translate into practical recommendations.
• Issue venue addenda and updates as itineraries evolve with defined SLAs.
• Prioritize overlapping requests across concurrent travel and events in coordination with Executive Protection.
• Partner with Executive Protection for advance planning, route intelligence, and real-time OSINT monitoring.
• Coordinate protective-intelligence liaison with host organizations and security teams.
• Maintain executive travel calendar interface with regional teams and integrate reporting.
• Escalate emerging concerns during active coverage per escalation standards.
• Log all products in the tracking system and contribute to after-action reviews.
