Job summary

Vanguard seeks a Senior Protective Intelligence Specialist to own end-to-end protective intelligence for executive travel and events worldwide, managing complex assessments and coordinating with Executive Protection. You will translate intelligence into actionable route and posture recommendations under tight deadlines.

The role requires five years in protective intelligence or travel risk analysis, strong OSINT skills, discretion, and the ability to brief senior leaders clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum five years of related protective intelligence or travel risk experience.
• Experience prioritizing tasks and delivering timely assessments in fast-paced environments.
• Strong OSINT capabilities and ability to evaluate publicly available information under time constraints.
• Knowledge of executive protection operations and integration of intelligence with advance work.
• High ethics and discretion handling sensitive information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of briefing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production of protective intelligence assessments for executive travel and events.
• Assess aggregation and OPSEC risk for multi-executive engagements and translate into practical recommendations.
• Issue venue addenda and updates as itineraries evolve with SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with Executive Protection and host organizations on advance planning and real-time monitoring.
