U.S. Bank is seeking a project management professional to lead initiatives within the Prepaid area. The role involves coordinating across teams, designing, developing, and implementing projects, and ensuring delivery aligns with user needs.

You will train users, evaluate project success, and oversee team performance. A strong grasp of Agile, leadership, and communication is essential for success in this hybrid role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to eight years of experience in project management activities.
• Advanced knowledge of Prepaid products, principles, and practices.
• Knowledge of Prepaid or Credit Card Processing is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects within Prepaid.
• Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.
• Participates in training users and evaluating the project.
• Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.
