NEEA — The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance in Portland, OR — seeks an experienced Market Research and Evaluation Scientist to lead research projects using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods. The role supports program decisions and market progress assessment within cross-functional teams.

The position is hybrid, based in the Portland metro area with at least 2 days onsite, and requires eligibility to work in the US. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, exemp t.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years’ experience in evaluation and/or market research project management.
• Ability to facilitate discussions with diverse teams to align on project needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead market research and evaluation projects using mixed methods.
• Develop long-term research and evaluation plans and metrics.
• Manage contracts, budgets, timelines and deliverables with contractors.
• Communicate results to internal and external audiences.
• Support Market Analysis & Planning with commissioned studies.
