• Define and lead the strategy, priorities, and performance of the Emerging Technology and Product Management function.
• Establish operating framework, processes, and standards for product management from identification through market adoption.
• Set direction for resources and initiatives aligned to product strategy development and portfolio outcomes.
• Lead and develop a team of product management professionals with hiring, performance management, coaching, and capability development.
• Oversee planning, execution, and performance of the Emerging Technology portfolio including budget management.
• Guide cross-functional alignment among product management, program management, and market strategy teams.
• Represent NEEA’s Emerging Technology and Product Management interests in regional and national forums.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders.
• Monitor market and technology trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Ensure clear communication of strategy and outcomes to leadership, stakeholders, and funders.
