Form Energy in Berkeley, CA is hiring a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electrical Assemblies to own the end-to-end industrialization of custom wire harnesses and power assemblies used across our electro-mechanical systems.

Reporting to the Manager, Supplier Industrialization Engineering, you will establish PPAP and APQP frameworks, drive cradle-to-grave lifecycle, and ensure supplier performance, quality and yield targets while collaborating across Design, Reliability, and Test

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in new product development and manufacturing of large electromechanical assemblies
• Deep experience implementing PPAP and APQP
• Experience with supplier quality systems and SCAR investigations
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor partners

Responsibilities

• Lead PPAP and APQP frameworks for electrical assemblies to ensure flawless launches
• Oversee cradle-to-grave industrialization lifecycle from DFM to end-of-life QC
• Resolve complex supplier-site issues with cross-functional CAPA actions
• Set methods for new supplier programs and ensure OEE and yield targets
• Hold domestic and international contract manufacturers to strict timelines and standards
• Travel approximately 20% to audit sites and verify process stability
