Job summary

Rebuildmanufacturing is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, secure, and support enterprise IT systems within a multi-site manufacturing environment. This hands-on senior role will lead operational issue resolution and drive infrastructure modernization across hybrid and cloud settings.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, with a focus on delivering end-to-end IT solutions.

This position offers a hybrid work model and a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $80,000 - $135,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions end-to-end.
• 7+ years diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues.
• 5+ years managing Microsoft Azure environments.
• Experience with Windows Server environments up to Server 2022.
• Strong experience in prioritizing competing workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 3 incidents involving hardware, software, and infrastructure.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT initiatives.
• Design and support hybrid architectures across cloud platforms.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and collaboration services.
• Drive automation and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
