Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions end-to-end.
• 5+ years managing Microsoft Azure environments.
• Deep experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Entra ID and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 3 incidents involving hardware and software.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT initiatives.
• Design and support hybrid architectures across cloud platforms.
