Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive infrastructure experience.
• Proven experience managing both on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) alongside traditional infrastructure (servers, storage, networking).
• Experience leading and developing infrastructure teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.
• Develop and execute infrastructure strategy balancing cloud scalability with on-premises reliability.
• Oversee infrastructure architecture, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Manage and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators.
• Drive cloud migration initiatives while optimizing existing on-premises systems.
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness across hybrid environments.
• Partner with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business needs.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new tools and technologies.
• Oversee infrastructure budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
