Job summary

J.F. Brennan Company, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Infrastructure leader to drive enterprise-wide architecture and planning for hybrid cloud/on-premise systems. You will collaborate with IT leadership to define roadmaps, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and guide teams through complex migrations and upgrades.

You will mentor staff, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to high-impact projects such as data center shifts and cloud transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and extensive leadership experience.
• 10+ years of BI, data analytics, or data integration domain within large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional infrastructure architecture, design, and planning initiatives for enterprise-wide systems.
• Advise senior leadership on technologies and develop strategic infrastructure roadmaps.
• Architect secure, scalable hybrid infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-premise systems.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance with standards such as NIST.
• Mentor technical staff and coordinate vendor/consultant relationships.
