Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years delivering complex production infrastructure.
• Advanced production experience with Linux, Windows, Ansible, Terraform, networking, Git, and scripting.
• Experience across on-premises, private-cloud, public-cloud, and hybrid-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Independently identify, plan, prioritize, and deliver infrastructure work from analysis through implementation, validation, documentation, and handoff.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux/Windows systems, virtualization, storage, networking, and data center technologies.
• Design, develop, maintain, and review automation using Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Python, Git, and IaC practices.
• Support VMware, OpenStack, Hyper‑V, KVM, AWS, or comparable private/public-cloud platforms.
• Lead technical diagnosis and recovery for complex production incidents and drive root-cause actions.
• Develop runbooks, architecture docs, standards, monitoring, and operational practices.
