Job summary

Leidos seeks a Cloud Architect/Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms. The role emphasizes high availability, security, performance, and cost efficiency in a fast-paced, hybrid/multi-cloud setting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption, establish engineering standards, and address infrastructure challenges while ensuring compliance and resilience across the environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of cloud architecture, engineering, and operations with 4+ years in a senior/lead role.
• Strong design/implementation experience in hybrid/multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) at enterprise scale.
• Proven expertise with Generative AI infrastructure, including RAG pipelines and vector databases.
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure Bicep/ARM, and Ansible.
• Experience implementing security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, FedRAMP).

Responsibilities

• Define long-term cloud strategy and engineering standards for hybrid/multi-cloud.
• Architect and manage core cloud networking (VPCs, VNets, subnets, gateways).
• Implement IaC to automate provisioning and configuration management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud projects and incident reviews.
• Monitor, secure, and optimize cloud environments for cost, performance, and resilience.
