The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience, is proficient in various welding techniques, and possesses strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HVAC/mechanical systems on commercial and industrial sites.
• 5+ years of experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick pipe welding methods.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team in welding and installing HVAC piping systems.
• Track project progress and provide status updates to management.
• Monitor and enforce job site safety and adherence to building codes.
