Job summary

Nexicse Varieties is seeking an experienced HVAC master technician to lead on-site training for technicians and provide expert remote guidance via photo and video. You will troubleshoot complex refrigerant and equipment issues and mentor teammates to think through problems and improve service quality.

Responsibilities include hands-on field work, clear written and oral communication, and organizing technical records.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of technical industry experience.
• Refrigerant system knowledge including piping installation, evacuation and charging of all refrigerant types.
• Experience starting and commissioning HVAC equipment such as fans, pumps, and AHUs.
• Familiarity with VRF and Mini Split systems.
• Universal EPA license for handling refrigerant required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Understanding of control systems including wiring, thermostats, and devices.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Train technicians on site and in office.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues via photo and video interaction with customers.
• Problem solving interactions with customers and technicians; act as front-line resource for technical support and guidance.
