Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC experience with technical training and certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service calls under minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Service heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Maintain forms and paperwork, collect payment, and update status with dispatch.
• Promote products and services to customers; ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally and follow procedures.
