Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking an HVAC technician to lead maintenance efforts across residential units in Canton Township, MI. You will perform troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC systems, complete service requests promptly, and report issues to management while coordinating with supervisors.

The role requires HVAC certification, strong mechanical ability, and the capacity to work independently or with a team. Benefits include health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, vendors, and residents.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs including troubleshooting and replacement of components.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments promptly.
• Identify and report issues involving employees, property, or residents to management.
• Coordinate with Supervisors/Managers/Area Director as needed.
• Work overtime when required.
• Ensure compliance with municipal/building inspectors requirements.
