Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5 years HVAC operation and repair experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation techniques, electrical circuits, and local codes.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics; strong math.
• Effective communication with team and customers; follows instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Perform routine repairs to pumps, seals, bearings.
• Inspect systems and test compliance with plans and specs.
• Identify and communicate customer concerns about HVAC systems.
• Record faults and report time/materials on work orders.
• Test pipe joints for leaks and adjust controls per manufacturer.
• Install components and connect piping as per blueprints.
• Assist with other repair and maintenance tasks.
