Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training preferred.
• 5+ years in HVAC maintenance with NC licensure or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years operating and repairing building automation controls.
• CFC certification and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, electrical and plumbing components.
• Lead in-house staff or contractors and manage repairs to plans and specs.
• Scope, schedule, and budget repairs; coordinate parts and vendor contacts.
• Maintain records, work orders, inventory, and refrigerant logs; safety compliant.
