Job summary

JMS Technical Solutions in Gresham, Oregon is seeking a Senior Technician-Facilities (HVAC) to join our client’s team on a full-time, on-site basis. Salary is based on experience with a maximum of $104,000 per year.

The position supports semiconductor manufacturing at Fab 4 and follows a modified front-night compressed schedule (6:00 AM - 6:15 PM, Tue–Thu and every other Mon). Essential duties include operating and maintaining HVAC and scrubber systems, conducting preventative maintenance,

Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must pass physical, fit test, and medical clearance for SCBA respirator.
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Ensure operation of facilities HVAC and scrubber systems, buildings, and equipment within cleanroom quality parameters and environmental discharge permit limitations.
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
Respond to site HVAC system alarms.
Provide support with HVAC configuration and maintenance and maintain associated written documents and reports.
Provide timely response and follow-up to all correspondence, maintaining open lines of communication with team members, engineering, and management.
Assist supervisors in identifying training requirements and safety procedures in assigned areas.
Perform additional duties as assigned, assisting other trades as required.
