Qualifications

• HVAC certification or license is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience in resort/commercial settings.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift and move up to 50+ pounds and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC projects and preventative maintenance as directed by leadership.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Manage contracted services and oversee installations to ensure quality.
• Oversee safety, mechanical integrity, and quality assurance per resort leadership.
• Operate and maintain chillers, cooling towers, and major HVAC-R equipment.
• Utilize Energy Management Systems/controls and read technical data/manuals.
• Assist in procurement and on-site material availability.
• Communicate professionally via radios, phones, emails.
