Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 preferred; NATE certification is a plus.
• Strong customer-facing communication and honest recommendations.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Company service truck provided.

Responsibilities

• Run residential HVAC service and maintenance calls from dispatch to close.
• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems accurately the first time.
• Present repair and replacement options based on what is right for the customer.
• Maintain an average ticket around $800 to $1,000 and daily revenue of $1,500 to $1,800.
• Keep callback rate under 5%.
• Document work clearly and keep the company truck stocked and organized.
