Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a growing, veteran-owned residential service company serving Greater Boston and the South Shore. We are hiring a Senior HVAC Technician who will run residential service and maintenance calls, diagnose and repair systems, and give homeowners a five-star experience. Hourly base plus performance pay of 2% of sales and 2% of completed revenue, with a realistic on-target earnings range of about $40 to $50 per hour.

• Run residential HVAC service and maintenance calls from dispatch to close
