Job summary

Pfefferle Management, the largest commercial property management provider in Wisconsin, seeks an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The role involves general maintenance, service calls, and participating in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include performing repairs, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma, HVAC Journeyman certification, and at least 5 years of service experience.

Qualifications

• Full understanding of HVAC systems and building automation.
• 5+ years of post-apprenticeship HVAC mechanical service experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and repair work on HVAC systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and emergency service calls.
• Document work reports and maintain inventory controls.
